Integrations
Setup in 15 minutes, no engineering required.
Afterwrench ships pre-wired to the three CRMs owner-operators already have on a Sunday night — ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and Jobber. The setup is five steps per CRM, done in the same call that books your discovery window. You bring a login; we bring the API key.
Three CRMs, one wiring pattern
Five steps per CRM, in the same order, every install.
The shelf below is what happens on a real install call. Owner-operator on one end of the call, our integration engineer on the other, both looking at the same login screen. Roughly fifteen minutes for any one of the three.
ServiceTitan
- 01
Connect the API key
Settings → Integrations → API: paste the integration key from your ServiceTitan admin. Five minutes, copy-paste, no middleware.
- 02
Map job types
Pick the ServiceTitan job types the AI is allowed to dispatch into — typically Emergency HVAC, Tuneup, Slab-Leak Diagnostic. Anything outside that set routes to a callback.
- 03
Set on-call hours
Pick the after-hours windows the AI owns, and the in-business ones it skips so your CSRs keep handling live calls. Per day, per zone.
- 04
Forward the missed-call number
Point the ServiceTitan missed-call-after-hours number at the AI line. Your techs never see the change — but the dispatch board does.
- 05
Test ring
We call the line, run a Sunday-night emergency HVAC scenario, and confirm a real appointment shows up in dispatch before the call ends.
→ Booked jobs land in the dispatch board as real appointments.
Housecall Pro
- 01
Connect the API key
Housecall Pro → Settings → Integrations → API. Paste the key from the Housecall admin. Two minutes copy-paste; no middleware, no Zapier middleman.
- 02
Map job types
Choose the Housecall job types Afterwrench is allowed to dispatch — emergency HVAC, drain stoppage, water-heater replacement. Anything else flags as callback.
- 03
Set on-call hours
Mark the after-hours windows AI owns; in-business hours stay with the office manager. One toggle per day, owner-side.
- 04
Forward the missed-call number
Forward the Housecall missed-call number to the AI line. Housecall labels the dispatched job with its own "AI receptionist" tag so the office manager can spot it on Monday.
- 05
Test ring
We ring the line with a real slab-leak scenario and confirm the resulting ticket shows up in your Housecall dispatch queue inside sixty seconds.
→ Booked jobs land in the dispatch board as real appointments.
Jobber
- 01
Connect the API key
Jobber → Settings → Integrations → API. Paste the key Jobber gives you on that screen. Five minutes, copy-paste, no middleware.
- 02
Map job types
Pick the Jobber job types Afterwrench can dispatch into — usually emergency HVAC, slab-leak, drain stoppage. Anything outside the list falls to a callback queue.
- 03
Set on-call hours
Set the after-hours windows the AI owns, and the in-business windows it skips. Pulled straight into Jobber's on-call schedule view, so the dispatcher sees the same source of truth.
- 04
Forward the missed-call number
Forward the Jobber missed-call number to the AI line. Jobber's caller ID threads the new appointment back to the original lead record.
- 05
Test ring
We ring the line with a real no-cool Sunday scenario and verify the appointment lands in the Jobber calendar before the test call ends.
→ Booked jobs land in the dispatch board as real appointments.
What it looks like on your tech's calendar
A real appointment, not a contact record.
The point of the wiring is invisible to the homeowner and obvious to your dispatcher. When a Sunday-night emergency HVAC call comes in, the AI greets, qualifies, and offers the first available diagnostic window held in your on-call tech's calendar. Once the homeowner accepts, the appointment shows up in ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber exactly as if your office manager had typed it in by hand.
What your tech sees the next morning: a real appointment, with the symptom summary, the address, the access notes, the priority flag, all in the right fields. What your office manager does not see: a contact record they have to copy into a ticket by hand on Monday. The dispatch board stays the single source of truth — no parallel spreadsheet, no second checklist, no "lost in email" reconciliation.
Every booked job carries a timestamp and an estimated dollar value, so the first monthly review shows the owner exactly what the wiring recovered. If a step on this page looks unfamiliar, the case studies show what an actual install looked like at a single-truck HVAC operator in Texas and a four-truck plumbing shop in the Midwest.

The CRM question is one of four on the FAQ — the other three are the ones real shop owners ask before signing.

Show us the calendar you actually use.
Bring the after-hours number that goes to voicemail and the CRM login your techs open in the morning. We will walk through the same five-step wiring above live on the call and tell you, in plain numbers, whether the AI would have caught the last three Sunday-night leads.
What you leave the call with
- Your ServiceTitan / Housecall Pro / Jobber connector live before the call ends — wired by us, watched by you.
- A written recovery estimate — your shop, your call volume, your dollars.
- A 60-second SLA in writing — credited back if we miss.
